Sofcanis Canin Joints

Chondroitin inhibits the action of enzymes that destroy cartilage while glucosamine stimulates the synthesis of collagen and proteoglycans by chondrocytes.
The massive oral intake of these two synergistic substances makes it possible to rapidly obtain active concentrations both in the articular cartilages and in the synovial fluid, allowing:
- a decrease in degradation enzymes,
- an increase in the concentration of hyaluronic acid.
Methylsulfonyl methane allows a significant contribution of sulfur which is involved in many enzymatic reactions: its favorable effect on joint support is potentiated by vitamin C.

Sofcanis Canin Joints is compatible with dietetic regimens for subjects with cardiac or renal insufficiency.

Per tablet:

• Glucosamine 400 mg
• Chondroitin 370 mg
• Methylsulfonymethane(MSM) 180 mg
• Vitamin C 60 mg 

Use:

In dogs:
Support of joint function:
- from 7 to 8 years old, before any irreversible degradation process,
- in large breed dogs,
- in dogs exercising or having exercised an intense physical activity (hunting, races),
- when overweight,
- after osteo-articular surgery.
Improved mobility in elderly subjects with stiff gait.

Administration:

Oral route. Chewable tablet.

It is recommended to consult your veterinarian before use or extending the period of use.

Dogs : 1 tablet per 15 kg of bodyweight for 30 days, half-dose the following 15 days.
This supplementation can be renewed 3 to 4 times a year or be initiated, initially, up to 3 months.
Thanks to its palatability, the tablet can be given as a chewable treat or mixed with food after crumbling.
